Well we bring you Shoot the Messenger, the Android app to end your basic text messaging worries.

Unlike most other messaging apps that use your precious little data cap, Shoot the Messenger acts like your stock messaging app and sends your texts through the trusty GSM towers. Your friends don't even need StM installed to receive messages from you!

Shoot the messenger also features Stealth Mode (block messages) and Schedule Messaging.

Stealth mode;

You've taped the sporting grand final, you've locked the doors, set up on the couch and avoided the internet all week....what about your friends texting you? With stealth mode you can set a time and date as well as a blacklist of contacts, and during the established time and date you won't receive a single text from those pesky spoiler friends! It also stops you texting them. Imagine you've just broken out of a long term relationship and you're a sucker for the drunk text. Set up your stealth mode and you can enjoy your night on the town.

Schedule message....yes just as it sounds. Love your Mum? So do I, not enough to remember her birthday though... I just schedule a happy birthday message and I remain the favourite child.

All these features are also available for your emails as well.

**Please note** it will take time to import previous messages and contacts to Shoot The Messenger. This app is still in beta mode, please send us any errors you are experiencing and we'll endeavour to have them resolved as soon as humanly possible.

VERIZON does not allow users to have GSM apps - If you are on Verizon this app will not work for you in it's current iteration. We are currently working to fix this issue.
